Jewelry Quality
All the pearls we sell on kwolfehawaii.com are natural and authentic. Because all of our pearls are natural, they will have natural variations in shape, color and surface. If a pearl has enhanced color/had enhancement treatment, it means that it is a natural pearl which has been enhanced. In that case, we will title that pearl as “enhanced.”
KWOLFE.CO offers 2 grades of Tahitian Pearls:
Standard AA Grade, and AAA Pearls.

AA Grade: Less inclusions/dimples and better luster than A Grade

AAA Grade: A near perfect pearl with no inclusions or imperfections. These pearls are brilliant in luster and color.

WHAT IS GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY?
It’s an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as gold filled has 100% more gold than gold plating. Although a gold filled piece of jewelry is not solid gold, it has the same desirable properties and look of solid gold.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am – 4 pm. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
All domestic orders over $200 include Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping with tracking.
International Orders are $25, customer will receive a Customs Number upon shipping. Most International packages arrive within 14-21 days.
A signature upon delivery is required if the contents are $500+

Repairs
We will repair, free of charge, 30 days of purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.
After 30 days, each repair is handled case by case. To start your repair email kwolfeco@gmail.com, include your order number, item name, a description of the repair and picture.
Once we have received your email, please allow 2-3 business days for a personalized response and return instructions.
Returns
We hope you love your new KWOLFE.CO as much as we do but if you need to make a return for any reason, here are the details:
For all returns and exchanges, please email KWOLFECO@gmail.com.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry.
You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges.
We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to KWOLFE.CO headquarters.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
